DMLS provides the option for a Broker in Charge to request a "direct" IDX feed in order to power their public-facing products like a website.

In order to request a "direct" IDX feed, the following steps will need to be completed:

1. The first step is to visit the DMLS Portal at:my.doorifymls.com/home/Index
   • You will then need to log in with your Paragon ID and Paragon Password

2. After logging in, you will need to click on the"Bridge Interactive"icon from the DMLS Dashboard

3. After clicking the"Bridge Interactive"icon from the previous step, you will be directed to the Bridge Interactive Platform. If you are presented with Terms of Use, you will need to read through the terms and click"Agree"

4. After clicking "Agree" from the previous step, you will enter your Bridge Interactive account. In order to request a "direct" IDX feed, you will need to click on the "Setup API Application" button.

5. After clicking "Setup API Application" from the previous step, you will need to complete the New Application. After providing the required information, you will need to click on the "Register New Application" button.
   
6. After registering the New Application from the previous step, you will then need to request IDX Data Access from DMLS. In order to request Data Access, click on the "Data Access" tab, then click on "Request Data Access". 
   
7. Next, scroll down the page and find "Doorify Multiple Listing Services" from the list. Then, click on the green "Apply" button.
   
8. After receiving your Data Access Request, DMLS will initiate the IDX Data License Agreement. In order to complete the IDX Data License, click on the "Agreements" tab, then click on the "Existing Agreements" button, then click on the "IDX Agreement" to start the Agreement.
   
9. Click the green "Next" button to move to Step 2 of the Agreement.
10. Scroll to the bottom of the Agreement and click "I agree" and then click the green "Next" button
11. Next, provide the URL of the website where the listings will be displayed, and then click the green "Next" button
    
12. Next, provide a payment method and then click the green "Next" button.
    
13. Finally, click on the green "Execute Agreement" button to complete the IDX Data License Agreement.
    
    
14. After the IDX Data Agreement has been signed and the fees have been paid, DMLS will be able to approve your IDX Data Feed and grant data access.
