ShowingTime: How to Schedule a Showing Follow
Once you have opened the ShowingTime App on your smart device, click on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner.
Click Schedule a Showing.
Search for the listing via the street address or MLS number.
Click on the listing you want to select.
Select/Add a buyer or click the Skip button next to the search bar to continue.
Select the Date, Start Time and alter any additional applicable fields. Then click the Request Appointment button at the bottom of the screen.
Click Yes, I agree to the Triangle MLS Showing Rules pop-up.
Starting on the Paragon homepage, go to the Resources icon on the top navigation bar and select ShowingTime.
Click on Showings from the left side menu.
Then select Make a New Request.
Search for the listing via street number/name, Listing ID, city, and unit #. Then click the magnifying icon to search.
Click on the Listing ID for the listing you want to select.
Click Schedule Single Showing in the bottom right corner.
Click Yes, I agree to the Triangle MLS Showing Rules pop-up.
Click on an available time slot. (Available showing time slots will appear as blank)
Click Request Appointment.
