If you tag a buyer to your upcoming showing appointments, buyers can:

• View appointment status
• Review appointment details
• Access driving directions
• Connect with you (their agent)

First, schedule an appointment on the listing your client is interested in. Then select the buyer's name from the menu or add them manually by clicking Add New. 

Once you have received the appointment confirmation, if you add the buyer's email address, they will automatically be enabled to access the appointment details via Home by ShowingTime, where they will have access to driving directions.

The confirmation email will invite the buyer to use the Home by ShowingTime app. They can then create a username and password to log into the app if they log out.
