A One Day Code allows access to the key compartment of one of your lockboxes for a limited period of time (24 hours), after which the code is no longer valid. This code is ideal for use by out-of-area Agents, homeowners, and contractors who need access to a property but are not SentriLock members.

One Day Codes are generated by the lockbox owner in the SentriKey Real Estate app and assigned to a specific lockbox in your inventory. When a One Day Code is created, it is active for the rest of that day only. Or, you can make the code active for a full day up to two weeks in advance.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Launch the SentriKey RE app on your smartphone device.

Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner.

Tap My Lockboxes.

Tap Get Access Code.

Tap the desired lockbox in the list.

Select the date the code will be active.

Tap Get One Day Code.

Enter your PIN and tap One Day Code, or use Touch ID / Face ID.

The One Day Code will be displayed along with steps to use and share it. Then tap Done.
