🔐 How to Reset Your SentriLock Password
If you’ve forgotten your SentriLock password, you can easily reset it through the SentriKey® Real Estate app.
📱 Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the SentriKey® RE app on your mobile device.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?

You’ll be redirected to a webpage to request a password reset.

Enter your SentriKey ID (this is the same as your MLS ID) and tap Send Email.
5. Check your email inbox for a password reset message.

Note: The reset link will only work if you have access to the email address associated with your SentriKey account.

6. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
7. Enter your new password (be sure it meets the requirements shown on screen) and tap Submit.
✅ You’ve successfully reset your SentriLock password!
