ShowingTime: How to Log for the First Time Follow
Triangle MLS uses ShowingTime to set up showing instructions and schedule showings. You should have received an email from ShowingTime with instructions on how to set up your ShowingTime account for the first time. If you have not yet received the ShowingTime email, it should be sent to you within the next 24 hours.
Under the Logging In section of the email, click the Click Here option to create a new password.
Once you have created a password, you can log into ShowingTime via a web browser at https://showingtime.com/login or through the ShowingTime mobile app from a smart device at https://app.showingtime.com. When prompted, enter your username and password. Your username for ShowingTime is the email address you used when signing up with Triangle MLS.
Once you have logged in to ShowingTime, you can also configure your ShowingTime Preferences by clicking on Edit Profile.
Once you have updated your Preferences make sure to click Save Changes at the top of the page.
ShowingTime Login setup can also be accessed directly through Paragon. In Paragon, go to the Resources icon on the top navigation bar and select ShowingTime.
Click the Edit Profile button.
Under the Login Information section, your username will be prepopulated with the email you used to register with Triangle MLS. You can change your username email and update your password.
Once you have updated your login information make sure to click Save Changes at the top of the page.
