You can purchase SentriLock boxes at any of the following Doorify MLS stakeholder association’s Realtor stores.
Please send an email with the following information to lockboxsupport@doorifymls.com:
- New Owner's Full Name
- Lockbox Serial Number
- Current Lockbox Owner's written permission if Current Lockbox Owner is not submitting the transfer request
You can register a new SentriLock lockbox via a QR code (SentriGuard only) or via Bluetooth. For more in-depth instructions, please click HERE.
No. However, agents are encouraged to upgrade to the SentriGuard lock box to take advantage of the new features including longer battery life, sleeker more ergonomic design, improved physical security, and faster access.
From now until December 31, 2023, you can swap your BLE SentriLock lock box for a new SentriGuard lock box at a 15% discount at any Doorify MLS stakeholder association’s Realtor store.
This exciting new option uses NFC or Near-Field Communication, just like using Apply Pay at the convenience store or gas pump. To use Touch-N-Show™, launch your App and tap the Touch-N-Show™ button on the screen. Note: The first time you use this feature you will receive a notification that Touch-N-Show™ is only available for the SentriGuard® Lockbox. Press continue and tap your phone to the lower half of the lockbox, and you will see a flashing green light and the key compartment will then open. If it does not open, simply pull the tab on the bottom of the lockbox.
Flex Codes are an easy way to provide temporary access to agents, contractors, home inspectors, or non-SentriLock members. This code can be assigned from 30 minutes to 31 days by using the SentriKey Real Estate App®. For further instructions on how to generate a Flex Code, please click HERE.
Listing agents can grant temporary access to out-of-area agents or consumers through the SentriConnect® App. The agent can schedule access up to 14 days in advance, and for 14 consecutive days. This is a great product for use on rental properties and other property management needs as well!

If the lockbox is still shackled to a property, please contact any Doorify MLS stakeholder association’s Realtor store to borrow a SentriLock Power Paddle. The Power Paddle will grant temporary power to a lock box and allow you to change the batteries.
This simply means your SentriLock session timed out and you just need to log in to start a new session.
