Where Can I Get a SentriLock Lockbox?
You can purchase a SentriLock lockbox at any of the following Doorify MLS stakeholder association REALTOR® stores:
- Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®
- Johnston County Association of REALTORS®
- Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®
How Do I Transfer a Lockbox to Another Subscriber?
Email the following details to lockboxsupport@doorifymls.com:
- Full name of the new lockbox owner
- Lockbox serial number
- Written permission from the current owner (if the request is not submitted by them directly)
How Do I Register a New SentriLock Lockbox?
You can register a new lockbox using:
- QR Code (SentriGuard only), or
- Bluetooth connection

Do I Need to Buy a SentriGuard Lockbox if I Already Have One?
No. Existing SentriLock lockboxes remain compatible.
However, agents are encouraged to upgrade to SentriGuard for:
- Longer battery life
- Ergonomic, sleek design
- Enhanced physical security
- Faster access time
- Built-in backup battery for emergencies
What is Touch-N-Show? (SentriGuard Only)
Touch-N-Show™ uses NFC (Near-Field Communication)—similar to Apple Pay.
To use:
- Open the SentriKey RE app.
- Tap the Touch-N-Show™ button.
- Tap your phone to the bullseye at the bottom of the lockbox.
You’ll see a green flashing light, and the key compartment will open.
If it doesn’t, pull the tab at the bottom of the lockbox.
Note: You won’t receive a notification when using Touch-N-Show™. It works only with SentriGuard® lockboxes.
What Are Flex Codes? (SentriGuard Only)
Flex Codes provide temporary access for:
- Agents
- Contractors
- Home inspectors
- Non-SentriLock users
Set a Flex Code for 30 minutes to 31 days using the SentriKey RE app.

What is SentriConnect?
SentriConnect® allows listing agents to grant temporary access to:
- Out-of-area agents
- Consumers
- Vendors and contractors
Access can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance and granted for 30 minutes to 14 consecutive days.
A secure option—listing agents receive real-time notifications when the lockbox is accessed.

My Lockbox Batteries Are Dead
If the lockbox is shackled to a property, visit any Doorify MLS stakeholder REALTOR® store to borrow a SentriLock Power Paddle.
It provides temporary power so you can access the lockbox and replace the batteries.
“Session Expired” Message in the App?
This means your session has timed out.
Simply log back in to start a new session.
