Using QR Code (SentriGuard lock box ONLY)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Launch the SentriKey RE app on your smartphone device.

Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner.

Tap on My Lockboxes.

Tap Take / Remove Ownership.

Tap the Scan QR Code button.

Scan the QR code on the back of the lockbox.

A success message will display to acknowledge the ownership of the lockbox. Click Done.

Using Bluetooth

Step-by-Step Instructions

Launch the SentriKey RE app on your smartphone device.

Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner.

Tap My Lockboxes.

Tap Take / Remove Ownership.

On the lockbox keypad, press ENT to ‘wake up’ the lockbox. This establishes a connection with the app. You’ll see a flashing blue light on the lockbox.

In the app, enter your PIN and tap Take/Remove Ownership, or use Touch ID/Face ID.

The lock box is now updated with your settings and is in your inventory.

On the popup screen, tap OK to complete the process.
