SentriLock: How to Claim Ownership of a Lockbox Follow
🔄 How to Take Ownership of a SentriLock Box
Choose your method: QR Code (SentriGuard only) or Bluetooth
Using QR Code (SentriGuard lock box ONLY)
📱 Option 1: Using a QR Code (SentriGuard® Lockbox Only)

Open the SentriKey® RE app on your smartphone.

Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner.

Select My Lockboxes.

Tap Take / Remove Ownership.

Tap Scan QR Code.

Scan the QR code located on the back of the lockbox.

A success message will confirm ownership.

Tap Done to complete the process.
✅ Your SentriGuard® lockbox is now added to your inventory.
🔵 Option 2: Using Bluetooth

Launch the SentriKey® RE app on your smartphone.

Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner.

Select My Lockboxes.

Tap Take / Remove Ownership.

On the lockbox, press the ENT button to wake it up.

The lockbox will flash a blue light to indicate Bluetooth pairing.

In the app, enter your PIN (or use Touch ID / Face ID) and tap Take / Remove Ownership.
-
The lockbox will update with your settings and appear in your inventory.

Tap OK on the confirmation screen.
✅ You now have ownership of the lockbox via Bluetooth.
