SentriLock: How to Enable Agent Safety Follow
Once enabled, the Agent Safety feature automatically alerts your designated emergency contact when you open a lockbox.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the SentriKey RE app on your smartphone.

Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.

Select My Settings, then tap Agent Safety.

Tap Enable Agent Safety.

A release agreement will appear. Tap Accept.

Enter your PIN and tap OK, or use Touch ID / Face ID.

After you open a lockbox, an automated safety check will be triggered about 90 seconds later.

If you don't respond to the second alert, your emergency contact will receive a text and email notification.

Tap the Add Safety Notification Contacts icon.

Allow access to your contacts by selecting OK when prompted.

Choose a contact and tap Continue.
🎉 You’ve successfully enabled Agent Safety!
You can disable this feature anytime by going to Settings from the hamburger menu.
