SentriLock: How to Enable Agent Safety Follow
Step-by-Step Instructions
Launch the SentriKey RE app on your smartphone device.
Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner.
Select My Settings.
Select Agent Safety.
When using SentriKey Real Estate to open a lockbox, the Agent Safety feature will automatically alert your designated emergency contact when you do not or cannot confirm you are safe.
Select Enable Agent Safety.
A release agreement will pop up, tap Accept
Enter your PIN and tap OK, or use Touch ID / Face ID.
The automated safety check will send you an alert approximately 90 seconds after you have opened the key door of the lockbox. If you do not acknowledge the second alert, an email and text message will be sent to your specified contacts below.
Select Add Safety Notification Contacts icon
A screen will pop up asking if you would like to access your contacts; select OK.
Choose a contact.
Select Continue.
You have successfully enabled the Agent Safety feature! You can always turn off Agent Safety through the settings option within the hamburger menu.
