🔓 How to Create a FlexCode™ in the SentriKey® App

For temporary access to a SentriGuard® lockbox

If you’re the owner of a SentriGuard® lockbox or have been granted team or Broker-sharing privileges, you can generate a FlexCode™ to give temporary access to:

• Agents

• Homeowners

• Contractors

• Non-SentriLock members

FlexCodes™ can be active for as little as 30 minutes or up to 31 days.

📲 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the SentriKey® RE app on your smartphone.

2. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner.

3. Select My Lockboxes.

4. Tap Get Access Code.

5. Choose the SentriGuard® lockbox from your list.

   • ⚠️ FlexCodes™ are only available for SentriGuard® lockboxes.

     • Previous generations only support One Day Codes.

6. In the Assigned To field, enter the name of the person receiving the code.

   • (Optional: Add their contact information.)

7. Select a Start Date and Time.

8. Select an End Date and Time.

9. Tap Get FlexCode™.

10. Enter your PIN and tap OK.

✅ A 13-digit FlexCode™ will display on your screen.

📤 How to Share the FlexCode™

• Tap the Share icon (top right corner).

• Choose to send via email or text message.

• The recipient will also receive instructions on how to use the code.

ℹ️ Important Usage Note

• On the first use, the recipient must enter all 13 digits.

• For any subsequent access during the valid period, they can enter just the first 5 digits.

• All 13 digits will continue to work throughout the code's active timeframe.
