If you are a SentriGuard lockbox owner, or if you have privileges through a team or Broker-sharing, you can create a FlexCode™. This temporary access code is used to open a lockbox and is ideal for use by other agents, homeowners, and contractors who need access to a listing but are not SentriLock members. This temporary code can be activated for a minimum of 30 minutes up to a maximum of 31 days.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Launch the SentriKey RE app on your smartphone device.

Tap the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner.

Tap My Lockboxes.

Tap Get Access Code.

Select the SentriGuard lockbox from the list.

Enter the name (and contact information, optional) of the person who will get the FlexCode™ in the Assigned To field.

Select a Start Date and Time for the code to be valid.

Select an End Date and Time.

Tap Get FlexCode™.

Enter your PIN. Tap OK.

The 13-digit FlexCode™ displays on the screen.

To share the FlexCode™ (and instructions to use it) with the recipient, tap the Share icon at the top right of your screen. You can share the code via email or text.
