In order for Rental listings to be sent to Zillow, the Broker-in-Charge of the Office must opt-in to the Zillow Rental Connect data feed. This will enable Rental listings to be sent to Zillow for the entire Office.

Zillow Rental Opt-in Instructions:

1. First, select the Bridge Interactive tile from the TMLS Dashboard.
   ​​
2. Then, select the green "Create new agreement" button.
   ​
3. Next, scroll down and find the Zillow Rental Connect Opt-In
   
    
4. Then, click the green "OPT-IN" button to the right.
    
5. The next page will show you the Parties to this agreement. Select "Next" to go to the next page.
   
    
6. Next, read through the TERMS and click "I agree".

7. Then, click the green "NEXT" button to continue.

8. Finally, click on the green "Execute Agreement" button to finalize the opt-in.

After executing the agreement, the Office's Rental listings should then begin to automatically send to Zillow.​
