SentriLock Account Access via the DMLS Dashboard tool: Follow
Access to Sentrilock disabled? Sentrilock key not working for you? See potential solution below.
To restore access, you will need to log into your DMLS Dashboard and reactivate your SentriLock Access. If you are not going to be accessing any electronic lockboxes no action is necessary.
1. Locate your SentriLock Service Status in the left hand block of your DMLS Dashboard OR at the bottom of your DMLS Dashboard (depending on your screen size).
From here you can tell if your account is Paused or Active. If your access is currently Paused and you will be showing property with a SentriLock electronic lockbox, you will need to click Activate.
2. You will see the “Activating SentriKey” process begin.
3. Once the process has completed, the DMLS Dashboard will display your SentriLock Service Status as Active.
Note: If you are new to DMLS and have chosen to add SentriLock Service to your subscription, you may see a notification that states SentriKey: Provisioning. This does not mean your account status is Paused. If you have followed the steps in the Activation Email you received your account is working correctly and is Active. There may be up to a 7 day delay to show status on our dashboard. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
