In order to request a new IDX Vendor, the Broker in Charge (BIC) must complete the steps provided in this article. The BIC must also be associated with a Firm/Office that is currently active in the Triangle MLS. The following steps will need to be completed:

1. The Broker in Charge will first need to visit: my.trianglemls.com/home and log in using their Paragon Username and Paragon Password:

2. After logging in to the Triangle MLS Dashboard, the Broker in Charge will then need to click on the "Bridge Interactive" icon:

3. After clicking the "Bridge Interactive" icon from the previous step, you will be directed to the Bridge Interactive Platform. You will then need to read through the terms and click "Agree" 

4. After clicking "Agree" from the previous step, you will enter your Bridge Interactive account. In order to create a New Vendor Request, you will then need to click on the green "Create New Agreement" button

5. After clicking the "Create New Agreement" button from the previous step, you will then need to scroll to the bottom of the page and find the section titled "New Data Vendor Request". Next, click on the green "Create Agreement" button to start the request

6. After clicking the "Create New Agreement" button from the previous step, you will then need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green "Next" button. 

7. Next, you will need to provide the Name, Email Address, and Phone Number of the New Vendor. After providing the required information, you will then need to click the "Next" button

8. In order to complete the New Vendor Request, you will then need to click the green "Execute Agreement" button

This completes the steps for the Broker in Charge (BIC) to request a new Vendor.

After the Broker in Charge completes the New Vendor Request, the prospective Vendor will need to complete the New Vendor instructions: TMLS New Vendor Instructions
