Has Doorify ended its partnership with Rental Beast?

No. Doorify has not ended its agreement with Rental Beast. The only change is that Rental Beast is no longer used to add or edit rental listings. All rental listings must now be added or edited directly in the Listing Manager .

A new “Apply Now (YN)” field is available when entering or editing rental listings in Flexmls.
When marked “Yes,” this setting is sent to Rental Beast and Cotality, enabling an Apply Now button on Realtor.com and other partner sites, helping attract serious, qualified renters.

 

Where Can I Access my Online Rental Application and Tenant Screening?

Subscribers can access Rental Beast’s Apply Now tools directly from the Doorify dashboard via the Apply Now tile.

You can manage your rental listings in the Listing Manager, which you can access from the Doorify dashboard (my.doorifymls.com).

 

Is there a guarantee of compensation and cooperation for all listings on Rental Beast?

For all rental listings notated with a blue MLS icon, compensation cooperation is guaranteed. Listings without the blue MLS icon will require compensation negotiation between the agent and owner.

 

What happens if there is a conflict between a DMLS Broker and owner/property manager?

Professional Standards issues will follow existing protocols set by local boards.

To schedule a showing for a rental property in Rental Beast, click the Schedule a Showing button on the right-hand side of any MLS listing.

You can also schedule appointments for MLS rental listings directly through the ShowingTime app or by accessing ShowingTime from your Doorify dashboard or in your front end of choice. For non-MLS listing showings, please contact the Listing Agent directly

 

Will agents be able to see non-MLS listing information/listing agent contact info?

While non-MLS listings will be displayed in search results, to view additional listing data for non-MLS listings, subscribers will need to subscribe to Rental Beast Pro.

 

Where do the other rental listings on Rental Beast come from?

Rental listings on Rental Beast are a combination of MLS entered listings and listings gathered from various property management software and third-party vendors.

 

How does this affect my existing saved rental searches/Collab Center searches?

Your saved searches in your front end of choice will continue to populate with new rental listings.

 

What syndication options are available for rentals? 

Listings will syndicate to all major public portals.
