When you tag a buyer to your upcoming showing appointments in ShowingTime, your client gains access to essential appointment information through the Home by ShowingTime app.

📲 What Your Buyer Can Do

Once tagged, your buyer can:

• ✅ View the status of their showing appointment

• 🗂 Review appointment details

• 🗺 Access driving directions to the property

• 💬 Connect directly with you, their agent

📅 How to Tag a Buyer to a Showing

1. Schedule a showing appointment for the listing your client is interested in.

2. During the appointment setup, select the buyer's name from the dropdown menu.

3. If the buyer is not listed, tap Add New to enter their information manually.

✉️ Be sure to include the buyer’s email address so they can receive access to the Home by ShowingTime app.

🚀 After Confirmation

Once the appointment is confirmed:

• Your buyer will receive a confirmation email.

• This email will invite them to use the Home by ShowingTime app.

• They can download the app and create a username and password to log in.

• If they log out, they can use the same credentials to access their appointment details later.

✅ With access to the app, buyers can conveniently stay informed throughout the home tour process.

💡 Pro Tip

Adding buyers to appointments enhances the experience by reducing back-and-forth communication and giving them real-time visibility into their showing schedule.
