You can access the EasyCMA feature in both Paragon Desktop and Paragon Connect. In Paragon Desktop, go to CMA on the top navigation bar, and under Maintain select Create EasyCMA. 

In Paragon Connect, tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines icon) in the upper left-hand corner, and select Create EasyCMA.

Click Start New CMA or click the + icon in the lower right corner.

Type your Subject Property Address into the search bar.

Verify the address on the map and click Continue.

The Subject Property will populate based on public records and previous MLS history. If any missing or incorrect information is populated, you can make changes to the fields directly. Then click the Next button.

To make adjustments for comparable properties, click Adjustments & Notes under the comparable property.

Once you have made the adjustments, click the Save button.

You can also add comparable properties manually, by clicking the Manually Enter Comp button.

Search for the comparable property address in the search bar.

Click Generate CMA.

Your CMA will generate. 

To change the Subject Property photo, click the edit image icon on the bottom right of the existing image or street view.

To email your CMA report, click the Share button in the lower right-hand corner.

Click Email CMA.
