Email Issues (December 18, 2020) Follow
Issue 1: Links/Reports/Email Body in Paragon Emails Not Populating
If you are unable to send new emails through Paragon due to the links to listings, reports and/or email body not populating (shown below), you will need to clear your cookies and browser cache.
Issue 2: Client Email Bounced Back or Opted Out
The Google outage that occurred Tuesday night (December 15, 2020) resulted in a number of bounced emails from clients using Gmail. When an email is bounced, Paragon automatically opts that email address out of future notifications. If that happened to you, as the agent, you should have received a notice stating the client opted out.

If you have opted your client back in and they are still not receiving any emails from the automated searches you have set up, please follow the steps below:
Please go to Contacts, then View/Manage Contacts.
Click on the contacts name.
On the left hand side, select Buyer Activity and then click the name of the search.
Click the Settings button next to Automatic Notifications.
Under the To: (recipients) field, you will notice the contact's email is not there, you will have to add the contact's email back into the To: field and hit OK.
You may have to repeat this process if you have multiple searches set up for that particular contact.
