ShowingTime: How to Set Up a Showing Tour with ShowingCart Follow
Plan and manage multi-stop showing appointments with ease
ShowingCart in ShowingTime allows agents to create a streamlined, organized showing tour for buyers—complete with MLS listings, appointment scheduling, and printable or shareable itineraries.
🧭 Step 1: Access ShowingCart

Go to the Doorify MLS Dashboard: my.doorifymls.com

Under Other Services, click the ShowingTime tile

In the left-hand navigation menu, click Showings
-
Select ShowingCart
🗓 Step 2: Create Your Tour

Choose the date for your showing tour
-
Enter a tour name
-
(Optional) Add buyer information in the Buyer field

Click Add To My Tours
➕ Step 3: Add Listings to Your Tour

Click the tour name from the calendar view

Add listings in one of two ways:

Type in MLS numbers and click Go, or
-
Click Add Listing Stop to search and select listings manually

📍 Step 4: Add Other Stops (Optional)
Want to include local landmarks or non-MLS listings?
Click Add Other Stop to include:

Schools
-
Parks
-
Out-of-market listings
-
Any location not found within ShowingTime
⚠️ Note: Showings for listings outside of ShowingTime must be managed manually.
📤 Step 5: Send Showing Requests

Once all stops and initial appointment times are added, click Send Requests to submit your showing appointment requests to the appropriate listing agents or offices
🖨 Step 6: Share or Print the Tour

To email or print your ShowingCart itinerary:

Click the envelope icon or printer icon in the upper-right corner of the ShowingCart

✅ You’ve now successfully created and scheduled a complete showing tour!
