As the listing agent, you can choose to turn off Pre-Scheduling for Coming Soon listings at the request of the seller. 

Starting on the Paragon homepage, go to the Resources icon on the top navigation bar and select ShowingTime.

Once in ShowingTime, you're going to navigate to your Listings on the left hand navigation bar.

Select the listing you wish to edit.

At the very top of your listing's page, click No for the options to "Allow Appt. Center to Take Appts?" and "Allow Showing Agents to Request Appts Online?". Then click the green Save Changes button at the top of the page.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to change those options back to Yes when you change your listing to Active to resume scheduling online and by phone showings.
