Disable appointment requests until the listing goes active

At a seller’s request, you can turn off pre-scheduling for Coming Soon listings to prevent agents from requesting showings before the listing is active.

🧭 Step 1: Access ShowingTime

1. Log in to the Doorify MLS Dashboard: my.doorifymls.com

2. Under Other Services, select the ShowingTime tile

📋 Step 2: Navigate to Your Listing

1. In ShowingTime, click Listings from the left-hand navigation menu

2. Select the listing you want to update

⚙️ Step 3: Turn Off Appointment Requests

🖥 Classic View

1. At the top of the listing page, set the following options to No:

   • Allow Appt. Center to Take Appts?

   • Allow Showing Agents to Request Appts Online?

2. Click the green Save Changes button at the top of the page

🆕 Next Generation View

1. In your listing, go to the Schedule Showing section

2. Use the radio buttons to disable:

   • Appt. Center from accepting appointments

   • Online appointment requests

3. Save your changes

✅ Pre-scheduling is now disabled, and showing agents won’t be able to request appointments until further notice.

🔁 Important Reminder

When the listing status changes to Active, make sure to:

• Set both options back to Yes

• Click Save Changes to resume appointment scheduling by phone and online
