Paragon: How to Setup a Listing Cart Follow
A Listing Cart is a place to save specific MLS listings for you and your clients. Automatic email notifications can also be enabled for all listings in a Listing Cart to notify you and/or your client of a change on a specific listing within the Listing Cart.
In Paragon on the top navigation bar, select Search then the class.
Enter the desired criteria and/or MLS numbers you'd like to view and click the Search button.
Once you have checked the listings you want to add to the Listing Cart, click Save and Save to Listing Cart.
You will then have the option to save the Listing Cart or to assign it to a Contact. Make sure to select the Selected (x) option for "Listings to be Added" to ensure your checked MLS listings are added to your listing cart.
Saving a Listing Cart
To save to a listing cart to view later, select the Add New Cart to create a new listing cart or click the blue magnifying glass next to the Select a Cart field to add to an existing Listing Cart. Then click Save.
Saving a Listing Cart for Automatic Notifications
To save to a listing cart for automatic notifications for you or a client, select the Contact tab and then Add New Contact to add the Listing Cart to a new contact or click the blue magnifying glass next to the Select a Contact field to add to an existing Contact. Then click Save & Notify.
To view your saved Listing Carts, go to Search and Listing Carts.
