1. What Is My Listing Contract Date?

Listing Contract Date (list date) is the date that Public Marketing begins.

This date is specific in Section 10a of the listing agreement. If you are submitting your listing to the MLS prior to your delayed marketing date, the current date will be your marketing date. 

2. Will My Coming Soon Listing Automatically Go Live?

Coming Soon listings will automatically change to Active between 12:00 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. on the day the listing agent specifies for Start Showings Date.

4. Paragon Question - How to Find Listings with First Floor Primary Bedroom
We have been receiving many questions this week as to how or why when doing a search for a first floor primary/master bedroom in Paragon, the search results will lead some to think the system is not functioning. Here’s a tip on how to remedy that.

For Listing Agents - upon entering a listing, be sure to use the ROOMS in Listing Manager and enter the Primary Bedroom information plus mark the level to MAIN so that it translates to Paragon and turns that field on for Master Bedroom 1st Floor to yes. This will help your listing be found if an agent searches using that field.

For Buyers Agents - If searching for a 1st floor master bedroom and you use the “Master Bedroom 1st Floor - Yes” field and don’t have great results, please try searching by using the FEATURES field and you should yield better results.
