1. My Phone Number/First Name Is Missing in Flexmls. What Can I do?
If your phone number or first name is missing, you can update the information on your account from the TMLS Dashboard. Instructions for doing so are provided below.
2. What Is Open Parking?
Listing Manager offers a variety of entry fields, some of which are brand new and others that have been around for a while. Data Integrity would like to simplify the concept of Open Parking as outlined in RESO's Data Dictionary.
Open Parking is considered any parking spaces associated with the property that are not covered by a roof and have open or unassigned parking.
For example, This would apply to a condo where the unit does not come with any assigned parking spaces.
3. How Can I Pay My Q2 MLS Fees?
Q2 MLS fees will be billed on March 1st and due April 1st. If you haven’t done so already, consider signing up for autopay before March 1st to “set it and forget it!” Instructions on how to sign up for autopay can be found below:
