1. The Start Showing Date gives me an error when I’m trying to edit my listing.

The Start Showing Date is only needed for Coming Soon listings, not for Active listings. If you happen to see this error message when editing your Active listing, simply remove the Start Showing Date and save your changes.

2. My public remarks are cut off in Paragon.

If you find that public remarks are truncated, please use the All Fields Detail report. This report has been updated to have the space to display the larger character limit that the Listing Manager has for remarks.

3. How do I update my contact information with MLS?

Go to your dashboard - my.trianglemls.com and click on 'View Account.'

Once in your portal, go to My TMLS, Profile, and Edit Profile to update your phone # or email address. This will only update Triangle MLS with your contact info for communications such as fees, upcoming events, and announcements.

You will also need to update your contact information in your MLS subscription to update the MLS system. From the Subscription menu on the left, click on Details of your subscription and then the pencil to edit your contact info. This should update within 2-3 min.
