1. How can I make a payment for my user fees?
There are a few ways to make a payment for quarterly user fees:
- Through your user portal accessed through the dashboard, my.trianglemls.com, as a manual payment.
- Setting up autopay through your user portal.
- Calling us at 919-654-5419, option 0.
2. How do I change my listing back to Coming Soon?
Coming Soon is only available as a listing’s initial status. Be sure to double-check the status field says Coming Soon prior to saving your listing. Once a listing is saved to any status other than Coming Soon, there is no option for the status to go back to Coming Soon. If you are in this situation, you have two options for correction:
- Cancel and re-list the property. This involves terminating the current listing agreement and uploading the termination of agency to the documents of the listing. Once terminated, the BIC would then cancel the listing. The new listing will then be entered as Coming Soon with a new listing agreement.
- You may change the listing status to HOLD. This status is searchable in the MLS but does not syndicate; therefore, DOM does not accumulate.
