1. I just added a new listing and it’s not in the MLS. Why can’t I find my new listing?

If you are searching in Flex, your listing is immediately available. There are still delays between Listing Manager to Paragon and Matrix. Also, the listing data, photos and docs do not all come over at the same time. Within 30 min or less, data and photos should be in Paragon and Matrix. Documents can take up to 2 hours to appear.

2. How do I learn a new MLS system?

3. How do I sign up for courses that TMLS is offering?

You may receive emails from time to time where TMLS is offering a course or event. Aside from clicking on the links embedded in said email to sign-up or waiting for an email to tell you what’s going on, look no further than your TMLS subscribers portal. All courses and events that TMLS is offering can be found in your portal under COURSES AND EVENTS.
