Remarks (4000 Characters w/additional 10k supplemental if needed)

• Seen by buyers working with Buyer's agent
• Populate on IDX sites
• May not contain contact information, promotional/incentive messages, branded tour links
• Builder names are allowed 

Agent Remarks (4000 Characters)

• Seen by other agents
• May contain contact information, promotional messages, branded tour links, bonuses/incentives

Syndication Remarks (4000 Characters)

• Populates on third-party syndication sites
• May contain contact information, branded tour links, open house information
• Remarks field will be displayed if Syndication Remarks left blank
