How do I update my member record in Bridge Interactive? Follow
Instructions for a Broker or agent to update their member record in Bridge Interactive.
Agent would go to Bridge Interactive tile from the primary dashboard. In the top right corner click your name.
Then click on the Account Settings option in the top bar.
On the left hand side select the Refresh Account from the options available. This will show you what is being updated from the information in the system.
Then you will select the green button in the bottom right that states “Confirm Account Update”. You will then get the confirmation the record has been updated.
