1. Is there a difference between Flexmls and the Listing Manager?  

FBS is the company that developed both Flexmls and the Listing Manager, which are separate systems. Flexmls is a Front End where client searches and contacts will be done while the Listing Manager is where all listings except Residential Lease listings will be entered and maintained. 

The Listing Manager tile on the TMLS dashboard does not provide full access to the Flexmls system. These listings will sync to Flexmls, then Paragon, and Matrix within an average of 20 minutes and 1 to 2 hours for documents.

2. Am I permitted to add an HOA, school, or government weblink to my Public Remarks?

If the websites are free of any sort of contact information*, the weblink may be added to the Public Remarks field of the listing. 

If the website contains contact information* of any sort, the weblink may be added to the Agent and/or Syndication Remarks fields instead of the Public Remarks section.  

*Contact information is defined as but is not limited to phone numbers, names, physical addresses, and email addresses.
