Top Reported Support Issues: Week of June 10th, 2024 Follow
1. Stuck in a loop? When I click the Paragon or Matrix tile on the dashboard it loops me back to the dashboard and I cannot access the system.
This is caused by logging out of Paragon or Matrix directly. We recommend you do not log out of either platform directly and, instead, log out of the dashboard and back in. At that time, you will be able to select the tile that corresponds to your front end of choice without looping back to the dashboard.
2. My seller has a house with 10 acres of land, and I would like to enter my listing in Residential and Land classes for better exposure, is this permitted?
In the majority of cases, properties may only be entered into one listing class at a time. This is to avoid duplicate listings that will skew statistics and impact comps. It is possible however, to enter a property as both residential and land.
- Listings entered in Residential and Land must be of different values, meaning differing approximate acres and list price.
- If the parcel has a home on it, the home and at least a portion of the land must be submitted as residential, the remaining acreage may be submitted as Land.
- If the entire package must be sold together, you may cross reference the other entry in the Remarks field.
3. I have several SF homes on five (5) acres of land, may I list this in the Multifamily (Residential Income) listing class?
Short answer is no. To be classified as MULTI-FAMILY (Residential Income), the dwelling must support multiple families living in the same building that are not apartments. Some examples of eligible properties include Duplex, Triplex, and Quadplex properties.
Please note: Multiple single family homes on a large parcel of land does not meet the listing requirement for submission to the MLS as MULTI-FAMILY (Residential Income).
