1. How do I list a camper on a rental lot?
Campers are classified as personal property. If a land transfer is part of the transaction, the listing should be categorized under the Land Class in the MLS. Please ensure it's indicated that personal property, such as the camper, is included with the land purchase. However, if there's no land transfer involved, such as a rental lot, regrettably, the camper cannot be listed on the MLS.
2. Why is my listing syndicated as a foreclosure?
This may be due to an inadvertent selection made in the Special Conditions section of the listing’s Details. Selecting "REO" indicates that the property has been foreclosed upon and is now owned by the lending institution or bank. Since there is not a “No Special Conditions" option available, selecting "Standard" might indeed be the most appropriate choice. "Standard" usually implies that there are no unique conditions or special circumstances associated with the property's listing.
