Stuck in a loop? When I click the Paragon or Matrix tile on the dashboard it loops me back to the dashboard and I cannot access the system.

This is caused by logging out of Paragon or Matrix instead of the dashboard. We recommend you do not log out of either platform directly and, instead, log out of the dashboard and back in.  At that time, you will be able to select the tile that corresponds to your front end of choice without looping back to the dashboard.
