There has been an update to listing statuses in your system, specifically regarding the Active Under Contract (AUC) status and the Pending status.  The update was made to prevent listings that are Active Under Contract from expiring while in this status. We apologize that this update impacted the process of moving a listing from an Active Under Contract status to Pending Status.

The new process to make a listing Active Under Contract (AUC):

• Change the status of the listing to Pending.
• Add Contingency: Within the Pending status options, select "Contingency (Active Under Contract)".
• Save Changes: Make sure to save the changes after selecting "Contingency (Active Under Contract)"

To remove the contingency and make the listing Pending:

• Find the listing that is currently Active Under Contract (AUC).
• Remove Contingency: Within the Pending status options, select "Contingency (No Contingency)".
• Save Changes: After selecting "Contingency (No Contingency)", remember to save the changes.
