1. Review your saved searches, CMAs, and other key items in Old Paragon
   To ease the work associated with migrating your data from the old to the New Paragon system, we recommend that you review the content in your current Paragon Account.
   1. Review and decide which saved searches and saved CMAs you wish to bring over to the New Paragon.  Consider saving or printing any CMAs and the search criteria for saved searches you wish to keep.
   2. Review and decide on which custom result pages and MLS listing reports you may have created. 

2. New Paragon System: Complete the Preferences Setup Wizard
   As soon as you log in to New Paragon, complete the Preferences Setup Wizard. This will guide you through setting up your default preferences for searches, display settings, and notifications, ensuring a smoother experience moving forward.

3. New Paragon System: Recreate CMAs, Auto Searches, and Hotsheets
   Use the setup time to recreate any CMAs, Auto Searches, and Hotsheets that you have decided to bring over to New Paragon. These features need to be re-established to ensure continuity in your client interactions and productivity.

4. Move Client Searches Quickly
   Prioritize moving client searches to New Paragon as soon as possible. The faster you complete this step, the sooner your clients will benefit from faster notifications and updated listing data in the New Paragon system.

5. Turn Off Old Paragon Searches
   After migrating client searches to New Paragon, make sure to turn off their searches in Old Paragon. This step is essential to avoid duplicate notifications and to prevent any potential discrepancies in search results that might confuse your clients.

6. Don’t Wait—Migrate Soon
   There’s a six-week window to move all your data to New Paragon. Start the migration process as early as possible to avoid any last-minute rush and to ensure a smooth transition.

Following these steps will help you transition smoothly to the New Paragon system while ensuring minimal disruption to your daily workflow and client services.
