As many subscribers have already noticed, we made a change in how the search fields for subdivisions and schools work. These fields, which were previously selection-based with helpful features like autocomplete, have temporarily switched to free text entry. We understand that the selection box with autocomplete provided significant convenience and accuracy, and we agree that it’s the better solution.

Why the Change?

This adjustment was necessary due to our data-sharing partnership with Longleaf Pine MLS (LLP). In order to ensure that no LLP listings are inadvertently missed, we had to transition to a text-based search format for these specific fields. By doing this, we’re making sure you have access to the most complete and accurate set of listings possible.

Our Commitment to Improvement

We know this is a less-than-ideal experience, and we’re committed to restoring the selection box and autocomplete functionality as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not yet have a timeline for when this change will be implemented, but rest assured, it’s a priority for us.
