Paragon Connect: Resetting Paragon Connect Password (App ONLY) Follow
After downloading the Paragon Connect app from your smartphone's app store, open the app and select the I'M AN AGENT/BROKER button.
Then select North Carolina and tap Next.
Select Doorify MLS from the Organization list, then tap Get Started.
Click on Create or Forgot Password?
Enter your Doorify MLS user ID (the same one used to login to the DMLS dashboard) and tap Send Instructions.
Check your email for the password reset link and follow the steps to create a new password. Tip: This password can be different from your Doorify MLS dashboard password and will allow you to enable biometric login on your mobile device.
Enter your new password and tap the Submit button. Make sure that all password requirements are met.
Now return to the app and log in using your Doorify MLS user ID and your newly app-specific password.
Note: You can still access the web version of Paragon Connect via the DMLS Dashboard, ensuring that you have full flexibility whether you're on your computer or mobile device.
