ShowingTime: How to Reset Your Password Follow
Easily update your login credentials in the ShowingTime Appointment Center
Keeping your password up to date ensures secure access to your ShowingTime account. You can reset your password through the web portal by following the steps below.
🧭 Step 1: Access ShowingTime

Go to the DMLS Dashboard: my.doorifymls.com

Under Other Services, click the ShowingTime Appointment Center tile
📘 Step 2: Update Your Password
You’ll see either the Classic View or Next Generation View depending on your account version.
📘 Classic View

From the Appointment Center, scroll to the Login Information section

Locate the fields for User Name and Password

Enter your new login credentials
🔁 By default, your Doorify MLS registration email is listed. We recommend updating it to a personal email that won't change if your office affiliation does.
🌐 Next Generation View
1. In the upper right corner, click on your agent profile image
2. Select Security from the menu
3. Click Edit next to the Password field
4. Enter your current password and create a new password
🔐 Password Requirements
Make sure your new password meets the following criteria:

Minimum 8 characters in length

At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)

At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)

At least 1 number (0–9)
✅ Step 3: Save Your Changes

Once your new password is entered, click Save Changes at the top of the page
💾 Be sure to save often to avoid losing any updates.
