The DOM (Days on Market) field resets to 0 any time a new listing is entered.  This field reflects the day count on the current listing agreement. 

The CDOM will only reset to 0 if there are a minimum of 30 complete calendar days between the first listing’s off-market date (Withdrawn, Canceled, Expired, or Closed) and the new listing’s entry date. 

CDOM  tracks the total number of days a property has been listed for sale, regardless of changes in the listing agent or brokerage. CDOM is typically tied to the property address rather than the specific agent or brokerage handling the listing.
