*SECTION 2.11 CHANGES TO CLOSED, EXPIRED, AND WITHDRAWN LISTINGS ARE PROHIBITED:

Once a listing has a Status of Closed, Withdrawn, Canceled, or Expired in the MLS Compilation the

listing broker is prohibited from making any changes and/or deletions to the listing data, except for

comparable information on a Closed listing.
