Yes, it is possible to submit this listing as an Office Exclusive.  Per NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy, office exclusive listings may not be publicly marketed by anyone, including the Seller. 
 

When a listing is publicly marketed, the Listing Broker is required to enter the listing into the MLS under an Active, Coming Soon, or Hold status within one (1) business day of the public marketing start date to ensure cooperation through the MLS.
