How do I access my firm’s listings? Follow
To access all of the listings in your office you have to either be an office-level or firm-level administrative assistant or have Super Use privileges with the Broker-In-Charge.
The user can use the Super Use function to manage the agent’s listings by going to the DMLS Listing Manager. Click the Initials in the upper right hand corner and then on Change User. Select the agent from the list provided and click Next. This will take them into the other agent’s account and allow them to enter and maintain their listings.
To return to the original user’s account, click the Initials in the upper right hand corner, enter tri. followed by their username in the field next to the blue Use button and then click the Use button.
Be sure to log out of the Listing Manager when you are finished with your work. If you simply close the window it will automatically log you into the super used agent’s account the next time you open the program.
