Participation in the Doorify MLS is by Company only. For your Company to participate, the Principal of the firm, partnership, corporation, or branch office* must be in good standing as a member of any Association of REALTORS®, have a current valid North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia real estate broker's license and be capable of offering and accepting cooperation and compensation to and from other Participants or are licensed or certified as designated by an appropriate state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property.

*To qualify as a branch office, the office must have common ownership, firm license number and firm name with a firm currently participating in Doorify MLS, Inc.  

If you are new to Doorify MLS and are opening an Office as a Participant please go to www.doorifymls.com and click Join.

Select the DMLS Application.

During the Application process it will verify your License Number and verify that you are Broker In Charge with the NCREC or a Licensed Appraiser with the NC Appraisal Board. 

The next step is it will verify your NRDS ID, if you do not have one please reach out to a Local Association and establish Membership before proceeding: 

After clicking Next it will then bring up the questions in regards to setting up a Firm. It will ask if you are becoming the Designated Realtor for an existing firm or if you would like to open a new firm. If you know the Firm already exists as a Participant, but you are not a Subscriber select the 1st Option. Search the Name and City it resides in. 

If you are a New Subscriber and a New Firm within DMLS select the Second Option with opening a New Firm.

Follow the Further Instructions and complete your payment. To start a New Firm within Doorify MLS it is $1500. 

Existing Subscriber of DMLS: 

If you are an existing Subscriber and will be establishing your own firm, please login to your DMLS Portal. First step is to make sure that NCREC is updated as well as your primary association. If NCREC has not completed processing your request for an office change, the portal may not validate your license or offer you the option to select your new office. If this happens, please email us (support@doorifymls.com) a copy of the Broker License Affiliation form and we can create an override that will allow you to proceed with the transfer. 

**The New Firm will need to be processed with your Primary Association first prior to applying as a Participant with TMLS.

Go to your dashboard - my.doorifymls.com and click on “view account” to access your portal. Alternatively, the View Account link is also accessible in the right corner of the screen which will present a dropdown menu next to your name.

Once in your portal, go to Subscriptions on the left.

Navigate to the upper right corner and click on Subscription Actions.

From here you should see the option to perform a DR Transfer.

Follow the prompts and questions in the Application and Submit. Please note that if this is a Broker In Charge for an Existing Office in DMLS it will not charge the incoming Broker In Charge.
