What Are My Options for IDX? — Doorify MLS

Doorify MLS offers a variety of IDX options for Participants and Subscribers. Your Office can choose from four different solutions depending on your needs and technical capabilities.

Option 1 — DMLS SmartFrame Link

Doorify MLS provides a free SmartFrame link for all Participants and Subscribers at no additional cost. This is the simplest IDX solution and requires no third-party vendor or technical setup.

Option 2 — Work with a DMLS Registered IDX Vendor

Your Office can choose to work with an IDX Vendor that is already registered with Doorify MLS. This is a popular option for Offices looking for a feature-rich, professionally managed IDX solution.

To get started, the Office will need to contact the desired Vendor directly to set up an account before IDX can be activated. A current list of DMLS registered IDX Vendors is available on our Support Page: DMLS Current Vendors

Option 3 — Work with a New or Different IDX Vendor

If your Office prefers to work with a Vendor not currently registered with Doorify MLS, that Vendor must first complete the DMLS registration process before IDX access can be provided.

Option 4 — Direct IDX Data Feed

Your Office may request a "direct" IDX feed from Doorify MLS, which provides raw MLS data directly to your Firm. This option offers the most flexibility but is technically complex and will typically require the services of a programmer or developer to implement.

The Broker in Charge (BIC) must submit this request, as a direct IDX feed grants IDX access for the entire Office.
