We call it the SOLD report, available to subscribers at https://dash.doorifymls.com/dashboards/sold. This report is designed to help you visualize your performance for closed listings. Have feedback or an issue using the report? Please fill out this form.

The SOLD report offers subscribers easy visibility into their Doorify sales production. We are continually looking for new ways to provide subscribers MLS value, and that includes reporting tools like the SOLD report.
To use this report, simply login with your MLS credentials either directly from dash.doorifymls.com or from your main SSO dashboard at my.doorifymls.com and click DASH REPORTS.
Please note that dash.doorifymls.com is it's own site with a growing set of reports and features. Use the left navigation to get around the site.
You can find the SOLD report under the 'Dashboards' drop down in the sites left navigation scheme. |
The SOLD report is broken into several sections, with two charts at the top of the page, followed by filters

Goals Section
Setting goals can help set you apart! The top section of the report showcases two charts - the first of which is dedicated to your cumulative production, displayed by month, against which you can set and visualize your own performance goals! (skip to next section).
To set, re-label or clear goals, click on the Settings |

Set goals by goal type - you can select goal types of: Volume (total dollar amount of sales whether buyer or seller) |

Adding goals is as simple as clicking into settings, picking the goal type and then clicking 'add goal.' You can add multiple goals by type. | |
For example, here I have set a goal of 10 million for the calendar year. | |
Once you set goal(s) you can visualize them by goal type charted against your actual performance year to date (YTD)! We chart your total sales YTD by month, and plot your goal as a linear trendline atop the monthly bars. |

It feels like I may have set my sights too low here, so I go back to settings, click 'add goal' under volume goals again, and add a goal of 20 million volume for the year... Click save, and watch the chart update. Don't forget to click save! | |

You can go back and edit the goals, relabel them, etc. Here I have adjusted my goal levels and relabeled them. You can eliminate goals 1 at a time using the red X |

Add additional goal types as desired. Here I have set a goal fo # of sides - once you save an additional goal type, just click the 'Select Goal Type' picker above the chart area and select which goal type you want to view. |

Year over Year Chart Section
The report charts your current years sales volume by month as columns of data measured by the left side Y axis, as well as charting your last years performance as a trend line (in yellow as pictured) and also charts the entire MLS volume, scaled to fit but charted against it's own axis (the right side Y axis).
While the goals chart is cumulative, adding your performance and charting the total YTD over the months, the 'Sales Volume YTD Charted by Month' is just that - your sales volume in each month. The current years results are charted as blue bars In addition, to help give you instant insights, we also chart your monthly performance from the prior year. Prior years values are charted in green bars Finally to give even more context, we chart the entire MLS salve volume as a trend line Pro Tip: The left axis shows the levels for your own monthly volume bars and the right axis shows the levels for the entire MLS trendline. |
Note: Months with no volume will be blank... we also chart data for each month beginning on the first of the month. In the chart above, the agent had no sales in January of last year, but did have volume in January of this year. They then had volume in both last and this year for February, but no volume at all for March in either year. As you can see for April, both the entire MLS |
Filters Section
Once you are on the report itself, filter your production report as desired. By default the report will return your entire Doorify MLS production history, for all transaction sides, timeframes, areas and price ranges.
You can combine filters by making a selection from any of the filter types. Please remember to click 'apply filters' to have the report content to reload and see the updated results. The filters behavior is as follows:
'Select Transactions' by default is set to show both List Side (you are listing agent) and Buyer Side (you are the selling agent) transactions. Once you have made a selection select other filters as desired and then click apply to see the results. |

'Select Time' allows you to filter your production results by timeframes. Defaulting to All Time, you can also filter to:

'Select Area' allows you to filter the results to only a set of cities or counties. Select either and specify which individual cities or counties you want to see results for and click 'select.' Once you have selected your area filters, select other filters as desired and then click apply to see the results. |

'Select Price Range' allows you to restrict results to only certain price ranges. Simply click Custom Range and then enter a minimum or maximum price, or both, and then Select. Once you have selected your price filters, select other filters as desired and then click apply to see the results. |

Aggregate Info Tiles Section
Designed to give a quick summary of the displayed results, these numbers update with your filters. Some of these filters are more relevant on either buy or sell side transaction sides, but display for all filtered results.

The total number of sides, buy or sell side, combined. | The simple total of sales volume for all transactions represented. | The average original list price of all transactions displayed. | The average final sales price of all transactions displayed. | The average ratio of the final sales price of a listing to the original list price. (SP / LP) | The average days for the represented transactions to close. Essentially the average DOM for the results. |
Individual Listings Represented
A table displaying each listing that matches your filter set. Note that you can search these results by MLS ID or by address and streetname, and results are paginated at 20 listings per page.
