The Coming Soon status is used when a property is being prepared for market and is not yet available for showings or open houses.

Important Guidelines:

• Showings are strictly prohibited while the listing is in Coming Soon status.
• This status is visible in the MLS. 
• DOM do not accumulate.
• It is typically used when the seller wants to begin advertising the property while still preparing it for public viewing.

Required Documentation:

• To avoid confusion and set the right expectations with the seller, Doorify MLS requires that the  Coming Soon Form (or a form with similar language) be signed and attached to the listing.
• This documentation is required when:
  ✔ ️ The seller requests pre-showing advertising of the property using Coming Soon status.
  ✔️ The listing will remain unavailable for showings, and showings are scheduled to begin at a future date.
