Manage showings across multiple MLSs with a single ShowingTime login

If you’re a member of more than one MLS that uses ShowingTime, you can link your profiles together to streamline access, scheduling, and communication—all in one place.

🧭 Step 1: Access ShowingTime

1. Go to the DMLS Dashboard: my.doorifymls.com

2. Under Other Services, click the ShowingTime tile

👤 Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile

In ShowingTime:

• Click the My Profile tab from the homepage

• Or, click your profile photo from the main menu

➕ Step 3: Add a Linked Profile

1. Under the Login Information section, click Add Profile

📱 In the Next Gen interface, this option appears as a popup called Add Linked Accounts

2. In the popup window, search by either:

   • Your last name, or

   • Your email address (as listed in your MLS profile)

3. Click Search

🔗 Step 4: Link Your Profiles

1. From the search results, select the MLS profile(s) you want to link

2. Click the Link button

3. A confirmation email will be sent to the address on file for each selected account

🔔 Important:
Linked profiles will not appear in your My Linked Profiles section until you confirm the request sent to your email.

✅ Once Linked...

• You can toggle between MLS profiles within ShowingTime

• Your showings, feedback, and preferences stay connected and organized

• Ideal for dual-affiliated agents working across markets
