2026 MLS Fee Adjustments Follow
The following are the new quarterly fees beginning Q1 2026:

Additionally, IDX and Data Feed are changing from a flat $100/month to the following value-based tiered pricing:
Vendors with 1 - 10 Clients: $150/month
Vendors with 11 - 50 Clients: $500/month
Vendors with over 50 Clients: $1,500/month
Our 2026 adjustments are attributed to a required cost increase from our foundational MLS Systems providers (Paragon, Flexmls, and Matrix) as well as other costs. This adjustment covers their annual escalators and critical infrastructure upgrades – investments that protect the speed, reliability, and integrity of the data you depend on every day to help run your business. The Board of Directors maintains a responsible operating margin so the MLS will be available for the foreseeable future. Regular adjustments to fees can be expected on most products, including MLS.
