CubiCasa Help Guide for DoorifyMLS Subscribers
🔐 Access & Account Setup
Access CubiCasa via the DoorifyMLS dashboard tile. If the tile is unavailable, go to app.cubi.casa/web/loginand sign in using your DoorifyMLS email address.
🆓 What’s Included with Your Subscription
DoorifyMLS subscribers receive free access to the PLUS Plan, which includes:
2D floor plan with fixed furniture and room dimensions Custom branding and style settings Downloadable files: PNG, JPG, SVG Standard 24-hour turnaround time
📱 Using the CubiCasa Mobile App
Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Tap “Continue with Email” and use the same email linked to your MLS account. Start a scan: Tap Scan, enter the property address, and begin walkthrough Walk slowly, turn lights on, open all interior doors Upload scan when complete
⏱️ Floor Plan Delivery & File Access
Most floor plans are delivered within 24 hours. Find your files under Orders → select a property → download PNG, JPG, SVG, etc.
✏️ Editing & Fixes
Minor edits can be made using Quick Edit tools. For structural changes, submit a Change Request via the web dashboard.
💰 Pricing & Add-Ons
CubiCasa is free for up to 5,000 sq ft. Add-ons are available:
GLA Report – $15 Express 6-Hour Delivery – $15 CAD Files – $35 3D Video Render – $85
🛠️ Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Login issues? Confirm you’re using your MLS email; try resetting your password. Scan won’t upload? Check your internet or upload later via the app. Floor plan needs fixing? Use Change Request for corrections.
