Stay in Good Standing: Billing Tips Every Subscriber Should Know Follow
No one likes surprise suspensions or extra fees. Here are a few simple ways to keep your Doorify MLS account in good standing all year:
- Know the quarterly rhythm. MLS fees are billed four times a year, with invoices going out about a month before they’re due (i.e., 2026 Q1 was billed 12/5/25 and has a due date of 1/6/26 to cover services for the months of January, February, and March).
- Set it once and be covered. View our 2026 billing schedule below and set phone or calendar reminders now. Adding each quarterly billing due date and a reminder a few days before helps ensure you never miss a payment window or risk suspension.
| Quarter |

-
Check your profile details regularly. Confirm your email and phone number in your Doorify MLS subscriber portal so billing reminders actually reach you and don’t disappear into old email accounts.
-
Watch your email reminders. Doorify MLS will send out an email when a new invoice is posted, two reminder emails, and a final notice on the due date — plus a reminder the day before suspension if it’s still unpaid (Be sure we have a current email on file for you). If you don’t see your email reminders, be sure to check your spam/junk folders or run a search in your email for keywords like “Doorify MLS” or “new invoice”.
-
Use autopay the right way. Turn on autopay before the billing date so it can pick up the current invoice. If it’s turned on after the invoice is created, it won’t pay the current balance, so you’ll need to make a one-time payment. Once active, let autopay handle all future quarterly billing cycles.
-
Keep your card information fresh. Most failed payments happen because of expired or replaced cards on file. Be sure to log into your Doorify MLS subscriber portal and review your card information and make necessary updates, if needed.
-
Avoid costly interruptions. Missing the payment deadline results in your Doorify MLS services being suspended and a $100 reinstatement fee being added to your unpaid quarterly billing. Remember that both quarterly fees are non-refundable* and reinstatement fees are not eligible to be waived.
*No refunds; only prepaid MLS Quarterly fees are refundable. Prepaid quarterly MLS fees are fees that have been paid in advance of the Doorify MLS billing due date.
These tips can help keep everything running smoothly — no surprises, no stress — and you’ll enjoy uninterrupted access to your Doorify MLS tools you rely on every day.
